Meet the Israeli Companies

Brenmiller Energy

Brenmiller Energy delivers sustainable thermal energy storage solutions that allow industrial plants and utilities to produce carbon-free heat. Its patented heat battery uses renewable energy to heat rocks to high temperatures. The thermal energy can be stored for hours or days before using it for industrial processes or power generation.

Luminescent

Luminescent is developing a small, efficient, low-cost heat engine for waste heat, solar, and cooling markets. The engine is small, highly efficient, low cost, and isothermal. It can convert any gas turbine into a combined cycle and utilize any waste heat source to generate electricity with a rapid ROI. Luminescent aims to enable 24/7 solar energy generation through its multi-tower concept.

Xfloat

Xfloat has created an intelligent water management system to enhance energy production and improve economics of floating solar projects. It controls water loads and pumps for accurate tilting and tracking. Data from sensors goes through machine learning to enable predictive analytics and optimized operations. The system uses connected buoyancy tanks to control PV tracking tables without motors or hydraulics.

BugEra

BugEra utilizes advanced genetic engineering of the Black Soldier Fly to produce sustainable protein, oil, and fertilizer from organic waste. Its patent pending Modified BSF Platform unlocks new revenue streams in insect farming. The company's first product, BSFx2, provides a novel lipid for biofuel production while increasing waste upcycling. BugEra is backed by biofuel and VC partners and originated from Ben-Gurion University.

Silib

Silib is developing and scaling up manufacturing of 3D, 100% pure Silicon anodes

for Li-ion batteries. By using Silib’s anode we can increase Li-ion battery capacity

by up to 40% without changing the battery form factor. Hence, significantly

increasing EV range without adding more batteries. Our solution can reduce range

anciency as well as increase EV adoption rate and reducing CO2 foot print

NAKI

NAKI is focused on utilizing fat and oil from food industry sludge and converting it into a

valuable raw material for biofuel production. The solution holds significant advantages for

biofuel production and industrial waste treatment. By effectively harnessing and

transforming food industry sludge into a biofuel precursor, the company contributes to

sustainable energy production while addressing waste management challenges.

NanoScen

NanoScent has developed patented sensors capable of identifying VOCs at very low concentrations. Its VOCID platform serves as the foundation for VOCID H2Confirm, which provides real-time monitoring of hydrogen quality by detecting contamination. It offers on-site measurement and instant alerts on hydrogen purity. The system is modular and customizable. NanoScent has partnerships and grants from reputable entities.

Momentick

Momentick delivers accurate quantification of methane emissions via satellite imagery analysis, enabling tracking over time to support emissions regulations and reporting. Its IP overcomes challenges in satellite imagery to provide cost-effective, frequent monitoring at a planetary scale. Emission data accuracy replaces estimates with measurement.

Flyworks

Flyworks has developed and patented hybrid drones powered by a gasoline engine and electric drive. This combines benefits of gasoline range and efficiency with the safety and simplicity of multi-rotors. The technology can scale to various drone sizes for applications like surveying, inspection, and air taxis.

REplace

REplace's solutions simplify finding optimal locations for renewable energy projects using proprietary data analysis. By answering questions about the project, their algorithm analyzes data to generate suitable locations. Users get detailed info on sites and downloadable business cases to inform development decisions and reduce project risk.

Chiral Energies

Chiral Energies has developed nano-coatings that reduce resistance and enhance reactions by controlling electron spin. Applied to fuel cell, electrolyzer, and battery electrodes, they improve capacity and performance over 30%. The coatings use quantum chemistry and fit most technologies and manufacturing processes.

WatAirGy

WatAirGy utilizes air's water adsorption capability to generate sustainable, continuous electricity for households without relying on sunlight. The system has advantages over solar and wind solutions for location flexibility, infrastructure needs, and zero emissions.

QD-SOL

QD-SOL develops technology that uses sunlight as a renewable source of energy to split water for the purpose of green hydrogen generation.

QD-SOLs technology efficiently uses the unlimited resource of sunlight to yield a clean splitting process.

QD-SOLs nanoparticles provide a stable and efficient photocatalyst, offering an innovative solution for green, low-cost, nonpolluting hydrogen production
